A bloody strange anime

I liked this anime(well the first season that is all that is released as of now) for its characters, and the interesting plot of the Drifters going out to defeat the Orte Empire and the Ends for their own sake and others. With a great mix of fantasy, and history this anime gets an 8/10.
Brutal, beautiful and hilarious!

I've always wanted to watch this anime. Once I receive it I couldn't help myself and had to open it immediately and start watching it. Coming from a guy who's a fan of Alucard and the Hellsing series this anime was phenomenal! I highly recommended it for it's awesome storytelling and brutal fight scenes and cannot wait for season 2!

im gonna keep this short... WHY DID I NOT HEAR MUCH ABOUT THIS ANIME?!? this one is absolutely insane. how is this show not at the top of peoples lists of greatest anime? just watch the preview and listen to the music, it reminds me of OG hellsing. then imagine the rage in attack on titan, this has it. this had my jaw dropping and wanting more! a real gem that I couldn't just keep to myself.

this anime is a combination of hellsing, fate/stay night and attack on titan. yes it is that good! this is an amazing anime that I cant believe didn't get another season? this is close to how I feel about Overlord. this show is really that good. AMAZING! you wont regret buying this one. some of the ppl that made hellsing made this anime. drop the mic, nuf said, this show is so worth it.

Drifters is SUCH a good series and I’m only very salty that there’s still no season 2. Regardless of that, season 1 is a masterpiece! I’ve only ever heard of Hirano-sensei through his work Helsing but even that I’ve never seen. So this anime was such a pleasant surprise to watch! You like fantasy? Drifters has it. You like history? Drifters has it. You like prominent names OF history? Ohohoho, Drifters has it. You want blood, epic fights, epic war strategies? DRIFTERS HAS IT! YOU WANT SOMEWHAT TWISTED CHARACTERS THAT YOU CAN LAUGH AT AND LOVE? DRIFTERS HAS IT!!
So what are you waiting for?? Give this anime a shot, and you won’t regret it! And, a bonus in my opinion, both sub and dub of this anime is actually really good! And that’s coming from a devout sub fan.

I've been waiting and wanting to purchase this since the moment it came out!! Finally I owned it! Yes!!
Love the art, love the characters and the storyline. What I didn't like was that I never got the ending I wanted to see before it ended...cliffhanger!!
Okay, it's been awhile since i've watch this awesome anime but here we go: our main guy gets pull into a world where he's given doors to open and steps into a different space and time, meeting legendary men from different timezone. Together they do their best to stay alive and faces unknown enemies.
