A Great collection for DBZ fans

by -

This DVD collection has the first five Dragon Ball Z movies. It includes the following: Dead Zone, The World's Strongest, Tree of Might, Lord Slug and Cooler's Revenge. The English Dub is still the same with the original Funimation cast. You can even watch the movie in English Dub with the Japanese Music Audio or English Audio which includes rock band music like Disturbed.

A decent collection of movies

by

Now we’re onto the Dragon Ball Z saga and this time they’re all new original stories unlike the Dragon Ball movies. For the most part, all of these movies felt the same and there wasn’t really one that I liked most out of the 5. Each one had their strengths (like interesting plots and villains), but they also had their weaknesses (like not enough villain characterization and climaxes were a bit anticlimactic). They were all decent, looked nice, and never seemed out of place in the DB universe. I will say though that The World’s Strongest was the weakest out of the bunch cause there wasn’t much to the villain and his threat to the world and it just felt like filler that doesn’t go anywhere. But overall, I was still entertained and I never got bored with these movies.
