Better than the first volume

by

Still the problem with the creepy man preying on her. It’s not funny, just gross. Something actually funny was the puns added in this volume. I actually really like Yamcha and Pu’ar. In terms of comedic relief they’re great and I feel like Yamcha is somewhat sweet. He wants to talk to girls but he gets nervous, though he tries his best. Shoutout to Pilaf for not assaulting Bulma. It’s the bare minimum but he acknowledges that it’s wrong which is an important thing to put when men are going after her in this series. It’s also quite ironic because he steals. He’s a criminal with basic decency. You don’t see much of that in literature.
