I'm so happy this manga is in print! I wasn't sure if I'd like this at first because blackmail plots are terrible, but I did warm up to it. The beginning is pretty rough and has some unfortunate tropes, but it got me on an emotional level towards the end. I love Yonezou Nekotas work and hope more of her stuff gets localized. At the time I ordered this, it was listed at 13 up. Be warned, this is not a 13+ manga.

Rightstuffanime was very prompt in sending this out and it was packaged very well.

So much nom!!!

Who doesn't love a forceful Seme! I just love the story and the amount of nom! Nerdy Uke's are my favorite.

My favorite yaoi artist!

This is my favorite yaoi manga!!! Im really excited that it got published in english!! It's very graphic so it may be a bit much for some, but the art is so so wonderful! If you get it i hope you enjoy it

humor and awkwardness. can blackmail lead to love? apparently it can lead to a relationship and maybe, just maybe something more.

2 in 1 volume... this is truly worth it.

I was introduced to this series by a friend at first I didn't want to like it with a very forceful Seme and yes Nerdy uke. But over time Maya changes for Nemu. Which makes their relationship very endearing. After this volume I picked the whole series in print!

Totally surprised to find this manga in English and in print. So I couldn't help but buy it because I love this mangaka.I know some may feel insecure about buying it because of the issue of blackmail and that;but in reality it isa good manga, Although at first the story is blackmail involved and the relationship is very physical become more romantic, you can see the true feelings of the seme and how the uke is discovering their own feelings. It has a very simple theme and not atall elaborate. Even so it has super hot, romantic, comical and even sad scenes so I liked it and I consider it a good manga.
As for shipping, it was fast, very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Enjoyable But Has Its Issues

I love the art for this series and I love the characters as the manga progresses. Even so, I do have my issues with this manga. This manga has one of your normalized tropes of rape. It is not a spoiler seeing as it happens within the first chapter. As the two characters continue to spend time together they develop a relationship with each other. As the story continues the relationship becomes healthier and the characters grow a lot. In all my time reading BL this is one of the only series I have read that challenges the rape scene and everything that went with that. For that I am appreciative. While it does not go in depth it is discussed. There are a couple other non consensual moments that happen in the manga with the side characters. Overall it is an okay manga. The first few volumes I was like eh, but the latest volume (volume 6) was a turn toward the positive.

Non-con and cliches galore

Very basic. Nothing new here. It's every yaoi you've read before. Eventually there is some delicious angst, but I'd say 2/3 of it was disappointing. As the synopsis indicates, the characters' relationship begins as nonconsensual. I don't like that at all and I found it hard to stomach at first.

The characters really aren't physically attractive (probably some of the worst hair I've seen in a manga) but I enjoyed their personalities. I will say they were very cliche, however: you have the overprotective, jealous, dominant seme, and the fragile, weak, crybaby uke.

The plotline was also filled with cliches: seme forces himself on uke, uke starts to like it, seme is jealous of anyone who ever talks to the uke, seme finally realizes he's been selfish and breaks things off, uke panics because seme is ignoring him, uke finally confesses his feelings, seme is relieved and they get back together. It doesn't get any more basic than that.
