Somewhat Disappointing

This book I found disappointing compared with the earlier volumes. It starts their journey but does not feel like a novel more a collection of shorts strung together and not always matching up real well with inserted side stories. The stories in general also do not feel like 'Crimson Vow' tales. The mainline story however does pick up at the very end of the book but just enough to whet your appetite before it ends in a 'to be continued mode', though not saying it outright. The book is read able and to an extent enjoyable but not up to the first 4 books, though I do have book 6 on order.
