Excited for part 2

by -

the translation is fairly good I had no trouble following the story and there is a good amount of decent colored pages and art work that really shows the feeling of the 1970’s in the original time it was made. I really enjoyed this and recommend it to anyone who’s interested in classic old school horror manga or just like classic manga or anime in general.

A classic for horror fans!

I was in Jr. High when I first discovered Devilman. I had come across the original OVAs online and was immediately hooked! I was sad that I couldn't own my own copy of the manga in English. I watched/read most everything that pertained to the Devilman universe. For years I've wanted and waited for my own copy. I was beyond excited when I found out about all the Devilman manga being released! I simply adore that it's a hardcover! I highly recommend this to any horror manga fans and collector's of classic manga!

Cheesy in a fun way!

If you've seen and enjoyed Devilman Crybaby, this is well worth checking out! The book itself is gorgeous (and has plenty of color pages) and it tends to be completely over the top so often with a lot of panels that come off more funny than dramatic. It's a product of its age, but it's so much fun that the cheesiness is actually pretty endearing!
