Sukekawa is free?

I have one problem with this volume and one I didn't see that coming moment. The problem is I can't call that a haunted house. Just because you make a couple of dark rooms and hang panties form the ceiling, have holes in the walls for people to reach throw and grab breasts, and tickle people with a French tickler doesn't make it a haunted house. It makes it a teaser house. Oh, I forgot the lotion room and the BDSM rooms too.
My, I didn't see it coming moment was the fact that Sukekawa was the first to lost he virginity and they let him leave. I didn't the clear freak falling in love and giving up. But now I have one question. What did he see now the other side of the door? Will that be answered in the next volume?
