Acceptable Conclusion

by -

This one picks up right where the first volume left off, and builds heavily on the characters and plot introduced there, so that is required prior watching here. However, it is pretty much a 2-part story this time, making it essentially a feature length film.

This one brings all the prior peripheral characters into a variation on your old murder mansion case, and gives them main billing as they, and others, deal with their own demons and disbelief.

Again, the horror and mystery are decent here, but the characters, art, and plot are much less so. It does, however, wrap everything up nicely as far as short OVAs go, so it's a solid finisher if you liked volume 1.

If you liked volume 1, I'd say go for it. It's not bad for a quick watch, just nothing special.
