It's Pata-Pi Densuke to the rescue, however, transforming into a powerful Diva who bears a striking resemblance to Hibari herself!

With astonishing battle agility, Densuke proves to be no ordinary child's toy! But Hibari is not the only one with a Pata-Pi of extraordinary powers, and despite an unlikely friendship, she joins forces with others to form the Cyber Team! The worsed anime I've ever seen!

by

I bought it due to the title Cyberteam in Akihabara. Very misleading. This anime is a very poor attempt of a bad take off of Sailor Moon gone Mecha with fan service. A friend of mine who is big into Mecha and fan service hates this anime too. Do NOT waste your money buying this or time watching it. I'd be glad to give you my copy, if I have not already burned it.

Not Bad

I enjoyed the whole series. It was obviously aimed at kids, so it's not exactly profound, but there were a lot of interesting characters to follow and enough action to keep them busy. Mostly I enjoyed the humorous way the characters (good and not so good) kept sniping at each other. The plot wasn't complicated, but it kept me interested. It's definitely a comedy, not an action series. None of the villains were meant to be very believable. Everything was over-the-top.

Woof

One of the worst anime ever made, this relic of the post Evangelion anime boom is best left untouched by those looking for a decent show to watch.
ON THE OTHER HAND.... If you feel like subjecting your friends to something terrible, bad movie night perhaps? this may be a decent choice for you. A very tall glass of your preferred alcoholic beverage is highly recommended before partaking. A better choice for the only real use of this thing would be something like M.D. Geist, tho your millage may very.
You have been warned

ABOSOULTE GARBAGE

I've blindly bought anime just because of the cover art or the few things about it I read online about the series. This one was a mistake! I'm glad I bought it for an extremely low price when I did. The cover art and synopsis are completely misleading! There are no sexy babes in Hardsuits! Of course fool me with something I enjoyed from Bubblegum Crisis, but this is no where near Bubblegum Crisis! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Cyberteam of Akihabara is a Sci-Fi/Comedy anime series debut in the late nineties on the TBS Network from Japan & also has a movie came out one year later. The story is about a junior high school student Hibari Hanakoganei receives a Pata-Pi from the sky by a mysterious prince. It could transform into their mecha-adult female Diva sidekick. Along with her friends, they battle the evil Master Shooting Star with his three cohort ladies, but there is a dark secret to reveal.
I have to minus a star because the story is like a roller coaster & it has those silly "Eye Catchers" during the early episodes. But what is good about this series is a nice ending & has touch of world history into it.
My advice is to pick this up during a RightStuf Clearance or Annual Sale like me so you don't regret it on paying regular price because it is fun to watch.
