About Code Geass Lelouch of the Rebellion Blu-ray

Code Geass Season 1 contains episodes 1-25

In 2017, parts of the world are under the control of the Holy Britannian Empire. Japan is now known as Area 11, the proud people treated as lower class citizens. Lelouch Lamperouge was once a Britannian prince but when his mother was assassinated, he was left in Japan and thought to be dead.

After getting caught up in a terrorist attack, he encounters a strange girl known as C.C., who grants him the power of Geass and the ability to command others. With his newfound powers, Lelouch becomes Zero, a rebel leader for justice, and forms his own anti-government group. His goals are simple: get answers about his mother's murder and make a world that is worthy of his beloved little sister, Nunnally. Even with his Geass, Lelouch will encounter countless challenges. But nothing can prepare him to face his former best friend, Sazaku Kururugi, a Japanese citizen...and soldier of Britannia? The power of Geass: Is it a blessing...or a curse?

Great Series!!

by

This Anime has always stuck with me ever since i first saw it on Cartoon Network about 6 or so years ago. It was very interesting and complex at the same time. You really didn't fully understand who truly was the enemy and who was the hero unless you watched it a couple times and really thought through what was being said and the actions being done. This is definitely a series worth picking up in my opinion.

Mono audio on the extras

by

The Picture Dramas, Textless Openings, and Textless Endings have mono audio on both Japanese and English tracks.

A must watch

by

Anya's reasoning for giving this a 1 is bs... Don't' listen to her.

Anyway, the story in this show is so twisting and turning that I never once knew what was going to happen. The thing is, it's so well thought through that the most obscure things can happen and still it fits in to the story. Truly a masterpiece.

The Yin To Death Note's Yang!

by -

Although it's been years since I have seen the series, I decided to buy this product and the second season so I can experience it all over again. This collaboration of Sunrise and CLAMP is a must for fans who like Mechs, Strategies, and love triangles.

This review's headline is referring that this series and the anime adaptation of Death Note aired on the same year.

A must buy series!

The first season was a nearly to perfect series!

Great production value!

Great action scene´s!

Great script even in dialogue´s and in plot plan´s

Great voice cast (in english in only "spot" Lelouch voice actior has made a great job!).

Great Twist´s (and series finish the season in one of that!)

Maybe the two only problem is the mono audio in extra (that can make a problem in some television´s) and finish whif a twist leave all open for the next season!
