Not Much to the Story, But Nice
by ErwinJA
You know the deal by now: hero is discarded only to turn into a maxed out Gary Stu, who now wants nothing to do with the ongoing conflict. Yeah, it's been done to death now.
However, this one has a tendency to poke fun at the common tropes, and has a very entertaining supporting cast - particularly Fenrys with her attempts to learn to act her role by human standards. It's also refreshing in that, despite the large, attractive, female cast, this is not a harem, with our lead quickly establishing the one girl for him - the rest are just helpers.
The art is also extremely good, and while the story is hardly worth mentioning, it does enough to get us from one entertaining scene to the next.
It's nothing flashy, but the horribly cliche plot is balanced by some nice art and fun characters. Worth at least checking out if the description hasn't already sent you packing.

Personally I love it.. it was entertaining to read and the Main couple is so CUTE. I love them both so much. I usually stay away from manga with a large amount of female characters but this one I actually enjoyed!..

it feels rushed, despite likeable characters and development of the story of the region, it just needed more, but worth reading
Animal ears, human ears, pick ONE set please, and animate it!

This is yet another isekai, and if you've seen a few you'll be saying "oh, they lifted this trope from "Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies", oh, they lifted that one from "The Saint's Magic Power is Unlimited". Even so, this is an enjoyable read.
Volume 1 isn't really any one thing (except isekai), there's a little humor, a little romance, a little "enjoying seeing instant good-karma", a little "enjoy the OP guy that doesn't let it go to his head". It's nice to finally have someone essentially ask "Why are you summoning, what's wrong with your own people?".
The scene on the cover does not appear in the manga. The four-eared woman's extra pair of ears are not addressed. The only real issues besides my one aesthetic gripe is the manga is over almost as soon as you start it and you're left thinking a lot of the humor would work better animated.
