Vampire love!

I love Sunday comics. They dare to be different and break the mold. I’m happy to read anything from Sunday magazine because they don’t come often. I’ve also been interested in this author since Dagashi Kashi. It’s an interesting setup that starts very narrowly focused on the two main characters. The first few chapters take time to set up their motivations and how they differ. It’s a new take on how vampires are made but can simply be a story about how a young boy discovers what love means. By the end of the volume and an introduction of a third character I was excited to see where it goes.

I've never really been into vampires but for some reason I really enjoyed this story and concept, having to fall in love to become a vampire what!? After I finished the first volume I was so eager to read the second. I hope the series continues to be good and keep me engaged.
Fun and goofy and enjoyable

This was a fun an interesting take on the vampire tropes and the main characters have fun goofy personalities that I found endearing with the vampire being a bit of a lush and enjoying making her counterpart uncomfortable with her perverse jokes. The art is clean and stylized and dramatic but tends to be a little repetitive but overall a solid series I enjoyed and got a couple follow up volumes of.
