Cute Packaging...Wait For Sale

by

The packaging itself is the same as any other chipboard Boxset that funimation releases which this one I like do to the colours and the cute cards but it ain't worth $60 , before you can buy these types of boxes for 41.99 or $38 when there is a funimation sales on rightstuf which I feel that's how much this Boxset is worth , doesn't come with much as you can buy a sentai set for maybe $10 more but comes with way more things, so once again definitely wait for a sale on this one

As for the anime itself it's ur simple reverse harem anime with no real plot , all you have is a girl that all 13 boys (step brothers) love that live together and they want her to love one of them , for a good reverse harem I recommend Ouran Highschool Host Club which is also cheaper then this ;)

Thought it looked cute

I wasn't sure about this at first but, took a chance and SOOO Glad I did. Really Funny series. I was laughing so hard at times. There are serious moments in it which I like. I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for something to make them laugh while still having a good story.

Awesome

So far so good 😎 The package came quick and was nicely wrapped. I got this DVD set in sale so I'm pumped to watch it.

Charmingly In Need of Another Season

I bought "Brothers Conflict" purely because I like harems of all kinds and I thought the heroine, Ema Hinata, had an especially cute design. This series proved a worthwhile purchase right away. The theme of family contrasts nicely with the romantic possibilities, pulling Ema in many different directions. The brothers are surprisingly well-developed given how many there are and how few episodes they have to develop them. The art cards included in this Limited set are very nice too. I thought the English dub was one of Funimation's better ones as well, with Colleen Clinkenbeard doing an especially great job as Ema. I would have rated the series higher but the ending feels like a lead in to a second season we don't have. Otherwise, it's a charming series with a likeable heroine and a cast of quirky brothers / suitors.

The fans win this conflict.

Great concept, but disappoints in the end

by

I was pretty disappointed with this one. The concept is really neat, a sister discovering 13 brothers she's never known. The English dub is fun as I think they used nearly every English voice actor that exists.

Where the series lost me is where every single one of the brothers seems to have the hots for their sister. Putting aside the disturbing nature of this, how the heck can 13 guys all be into the same girl?

It doesn't help that Ema is a poorly written character. She's kind-hearted to be certain, but is such a pushover with her brothers, it seems she would let them do whatever they wanted. What makes it hard to watch is she has little to no backup as far as someone to stand with her.

Overall, it's not the worst anime I've ever seen, but it's not one I would want to own.
