Coming of Age
by Giuseppe -
Blue Period is a story that many can vaguely relate to and gives us a look into the life of a highschool guy that finally learns how to talk to other human beings through art. It is story many college students can easily resonate with and it deals with many social and emotional aspects of being the age where you apply to university. It tells an amazing story and I could not recommend it enough
it's amazing

It continued to be just as good as volume one I think. It was really good. I'm excited to see how they continue on with Ryuji, since in manga there aren't always a lot of trans characters. I think Tsubasa Yamaguchi has a lot of potential to make her a very interesting chapter. I think there is also a lot of possiblity with how Yatora grows to understand Ryuji.
Strong continuation of the series

If you liked the first volume you will definitely enjoy the continuation! I think this manga strikes a really nice balance between following the protagonist and developing the side characters, and I think everyone can find something to relate to in this story. The art continues to be gorgeous and I love the full color spreads. I also really appreciate the translation notes that are included in the back of the volume!
