"Bloody" Mary, a vampire with a death wish, has spent the past 400 years chasing down a modern-day exorcist named Maria who is thought to have inherited "The Blood of Maria" and is the only one who can kill Mary. To Mary's dismay, Maria doesn't know how to kill vampires. Desperate to die, Mary agrees to become Maria's bodyguard until Maria can find a way to kill him.
Mary is not your typical vampire. He can withstand sunlight, holds a reflection in mirrors, refuses to drink blood - and he wants 17-year-old high school student-slash-priest Maria to kill him. In order to do so, Maria must uncover the Power of Exorcism, which is supposed to have been passed down through his bloodline. But while searching for insight into the Power, Maria suspects someone might be sabotaging his efforts.

Definitely worth the read!

I didn't know what to expect with this manga, all I knew was that the concept sounded interesting enough and I heard good things about it, (That and I'm really into vampire themed manga at the moment.) so I decided to give it a read. I have to say I was pretty impressed with this manga. The plot was definitely interesting, it was a bit confusing, though I'm sure things will be explained in the upcoming volumes. The artwork was beautiful and very pleasing to the eye. I also loved the characters, especially Mary! I read this volume in 30 minutes and regret not buying the second volume!

I thought that it sounded interesting so I bought volumes 1-6, and I have not regretted it once! I love the characters, I especially adore Bloody, and even though Maria can be a jerk I still love him. Awww I just want to give them both hugs! The art is super pretty and the plot is quite interesting, I really got sucked in and emotionally invested in some of the characters *cough* Bloody and Maria*cough*...... I can't wait to get the 7th and 8th volumes so I can drown even more in their world! Anyways I highly recommend Bloody Mary to anyone thinking of reading it. All in all I give it 5 out of 5 unicorns!

Honestly first I got curious because of the covers, than read the plot and it caught my interest, so I ordered the first 2 volumes. And it was awesome! The story is interesting, the characters are lovable and well-crafted and the art work is amazing! I especially love the relationship and the little teasing between Maria and Bloody. I couldn't put down the manga. It instantly became one of my favourites, so as I finished the first 2 volumes I immediately ordered the next ones.

I am very pleased with this product. At first, I was a little worried because I haven't shopping at rightstuf, but when I got my package, I became overwhelmed by how good quality it was, Mangan was protected with foil and it was brand new. The book had a good quality. There were no issues during the purchase and shippment. I am very pleased with how it is and I intend to shop more on rightstuf.
