Ichigo Kurosaki has always been able to see ghosts, but this ability doesn't change his life nearly as much as his close encounter with Rukia Kuchiki, a shinigami (spirt of death) and member of the mysterious Soul Society. While fighting a Hollow, an evil spirit that preys on humans who display psychic energy, Rukia attempts to lend Ichigo some of her powers so that he can save his family, but much to her surprise, Ichigo absorbs every last drop of her energy.
Now a full-fledged shinigami himself, Ichigo quickly learns that the world he inhabits is one full of dangerous spirits, and along with Rukia, who is slowly regaining her powers, it's Ichigo's job to both protect the innocent from Hollows and to help the spirits themselves find peace.

One of my favorite stories Bleach is, and with the Christmas sale this set was a steal (considering how much a single volume normally costs). Even the box art is great and like another guy said, the handle is sweet. Arrived pretty quick too!

Love it! Bleach is my favorite. Definitely worth putting the extra insurance on the package too. Very well protected and in perfect condition. Plus the extra stuff like the double sided poster is sweet!

Used this to get into the series, I read all 21 volumes in less than a week, needless to say this is completely worth it and comes for a great price for all these volumes. Will completely recommend it if you've seen the anime or are interested in getting into the series just like me.

Finally starting my collection

After going back and revisiting my love for anime, I decided to to take a look back at Bleach and realized how much of an influence it had on me when I look for awesome stories with a large cast of characters. Once the box set was made available, I jumped on it and am so happy with it. I finally get to read the manga physically and have an awesome box set with art work on it plus an additional mini poster. The box set truly is the way to go if you are a huge Bleach fan.
