Great, fun, and a ton of potential!
by J. Cole Is the GOAT
Think if Naruto &Fairy Tail had a baby, and this baby takes some of the best elements from the parent series and does it better! The characters have great chemistry, tons of funny & intense moments, the art is great, and I see this series being a long running successful one. I highly recommend it! It especially picks up in vol 3
Give it a read before judging! :D

So Black Clover was voted as the worst manga at comic con (I think). I was skeptical because a lot of people I know actually like it so I bought the first volume here. It was ok! It's a bit cliche like most shonen mangas but the potential is there! It has its unique elements and you'll get hooked. It's an OK manga, but it's not bad as how it was portrayed to be by other people. Give it a chance and try it! :D
Quality shounen

This story feels like if you take elements from Naruto and Fairy Tail and add a unique art style, you get Black Clover. I was a bit iffy on if I'd like it because of the cover art style it seemed very different. It turned out to be a very good kind of different it feels very fresh compared to the standard shounen style.
The premise of the story is not original by a longshot, yet it manages to develop characters and be very entertaining at the same time. One of my new favorite series to read.
One of My Favorite Shonen Manga
by ClaytonTheGeek
Now I know Black Clover was voted as the worst manga of 2016 by Comic-Con, but this isn't that bad! The story follows a boy named Asta who wants to be the Wizard King even though he dosen't have magic. Now this is sort of like Naruto since he wants to be Wizard King and Naruto wants to become Hokage even though nobody thinks they can, This also has some similar elements to Fairy Tail like magic and guilds. This can be seen as a cliche shonen battle manga and it does have it's flaws but other than that the art is amazing and the story is well written, the mangaka for this series also did the manga Hungry Joker so if you liked that you should definitely check it out.
A Good Shonen Manga!
by ClaytonTheGeek
This is a great manga, it has great art and it's well written. Now, this anime is similar to Naruto (both protagonists wanting to be Hokage/Wizard King) and Fairy Tail (magic battles). Now this manga can seem very cliche at some times and is considered by some as a Naruto rip-off I don't see that except for the main characters Asta and Yuno are sort of like Naruto and Sasuke. Other than that, this is a great series and you should definitely read this especially if you've read Hungry Joker because Yuki Tabata is the mangaka for both Black Clover and Hungry Joker
Good Quality

I received the product a day early than i was supposed to. As far as the product goes i was very satisfied. The quality of the pages and cover are well done. The only issue i found was that some of the text was difficult to read because of the font used in the first couple of chapters but that's the manga not the volume's fault.
Great series!

Don't Judge The Book By It's Cover
by Tyresse -
I love Black clover as it is I know its not ground-breaking but how the story knows its shonen embrace it not feeling like its trying to be new. Please try out black clover it gets better in the later half the volumes.
A fantastic Shonen series
by Gray -
Black Clover starts off feeling like your typical shonen series, but it manages to become much more than that as the series progresses. Here you'll see the start of Asta's journey as he aims to become the Wizard King. On his journey you'll come across many lovable characters as well as some amazing fights. The art is also very well done as Yuki Tabata does a great job of showing off character art, fights and some amazing scenery. I'd definitely recommend this to everyone.
Not Very Interesting
by Bruno -
When I watched the anime, it instantly became one of my favorites. So I decided to read the manga. The manga was... not very good. It wasn't interesting (weird since the anime and manga have the same story line) and the artwork is okay. I can see why people would like it, but for me it just wasn't interesting. The story doesn't even continue to get better. It got worse! I couldn't even finish the second manga without getting bored. If you truly want to see Black Clover in all it's glory, watch the anime.
Awesome Manga!

This was an awesome starter to my collection because i needed some ShonenJump! I love to collect slice of life types of manga, but i was blown away with this new addition!
You'll love this series
by Antonio -
I started off watching the anime and became a fan the more I watched it. Definitely an amazing shonen manga and a great series in general. People who watched the anime complain about the animation not looking so good so I'd recommend for them to read the manga. The art never disappoints.
Good start to a series

Now, this is quintessential shonen. The story format we all know and love. While the premise of wanting to be "the best xyz" of the world is not a new concept, I am excited to see where the story will go. So far the story is pretty interesting and the protagonist is as classic as they come, I hope more motivations and personality is revealed as the story progresses.
