Ave Maria

Its here.... the Return to Shiganshina arc... In my mind, it is the best arc in the whole series, granted, I am only caught up with the anime, but that won't be the case for long. Anyways, this volume starts with two "filler" (for the lack of a better term) chapters. They definitely aren't filler, but they are quite slow and don't really have anything to do with the titular return to Shiganshina. However, as always, we learn a LOT about past events and even more questions are raised. And then, the latter two chapters. Wow. The tension and stress I felt reading these chapters were feelings I havent felt since the Trost anime arc. Incredible stuff with an even more stressful ending cliffhanger. Art and story are incredible, as is expected from Isayama at this point. Another 10/10.
