It was the (some) best of times, it was the (mostly) worst of times

Compared to the first series, this one wasn't too good. I mean there is a good story in here, but there are so many side tracking plots that don't mix together well. The main character is pretty interesting, would have liked a lot more focus on backstory so the climax would have some more weight. I usually don't have problems with Yuri-based elements, but this threw it at you all over the place. Voice acting was mostly good, but Monica Rial has a subpar performance here in my opinion. So in conclusion, this series could have been on par with the original if the could stick with the main characters backstory, struggle, and determination to be with Aria, but gets bogged down with over the top Yuri distractions.

(Review is all over the place, just like this series!)
