Exceedingly Enjoyable Show

by

The characters are well rounded, are heavily influenced by their past, and draw upon their experience. The series has great bonding scenes, but ultimately unsatisfying so far due to the fact that is only one season so far. It would be awesome if this had another season to help with giving full development to the characters' stories; which deserve to be told. The show is differently worth the buy; especially if you like things such as Legend of Galactic Heroes.

Entertaining, but short!

by

Was given this as a Christmas gift. It reminded me of the first season of Full Metal Panic. The story was compelling and most of the characters were fleshed out a fair amount.
My main complaint has to do with the way the series ends. It is clear this was meant to have another season. Maybe many seasons. As it stands it's alright. I would hesitate to recommend it simply based on that fact. To be clear it's not a bad show, just to short. The entire thing ends on a very sour note. Still It's entertaining as long as you know what you are getting into.
