Karluk and a familiar face, at last!
by Alison -
Karluk, feeling ashamed and motivated after being helpless during the attack on his village, spends time with amirs relatives in an attempt to learn the bow and become stronger/ more dependable. Very cute coming of age section. The volume then shifts back to Mr.Smiths journey with Ali to Ankara, where we finally see a familiar face again!
