Disjointed, but still good

I am honestly worried that there were a few pages out of order in my copy because there's an event that happens that does not fit where it happened and makes no sense within the story, but I don't know if that's just my copy or what so I'm not taking that into consideration in my rating. If it is part of the story, then I have some questions.
That said, I like the way the story is developing and how Inoue has kept the tension going despite the rift between Suzuki and Sugiki.
The overall feel of the book is that of a transition volume where the pieces are being put in place for the next big arc.
