How to Order

We have a variety of payment methods, and 4 different ways to order:

Online:
You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure online store. We use encryption between your web browser and our servers to encrypt all sensitive data, such as credit card numbers. Immediately following the placement of your order, any credit card data that you store with us is tokenized. This means we do not have access to your actual card number, but instead a token which represents it. This insures that your information is as secure as possible.

NOTE: We utilize fraud scoring software in order to verify customer orders. The billing address on your order must match your credit card billing address. If there is a suspicion of fraud, your order may be held for review, or rejected entirely. We reserve the right to decline to ship orders should our fraud scoring indicate potential fraud.

By Phone:
To place an order by phone, call 800.338.6827 during normal business hours (8am-5pm Central Time). Please have your credit card and the items you'd like to order ready for our friendly customer care staff.

By Mail:
If you are paying by mail, you can use a credit card, money orders, or a domestic check. We do not accept checks drawn on foreign currencies, and please do not send cash. We do accept money orders denominated in US Dollars.

There is currently one way to order by mail:

While browsing the web site, add products to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.  During the payment stage print out your order before completing checkout and send it to us along with your payment

There is not a mail-in form available for countries other than the U.S. and Canada.

Payment Methods

In addition to PayPal, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and JCB - whether they are credit cards or gift/rechargeable cards.  For security reasons, if you choose to pay by credit card we may contact you for additional information. 

The billing address on your order must match your credit card billing address.

If you are paying by mail, we also accept money orders and domestic checks. Please make all checks and money orders payable to: Right Stuf, Inc.. Checks require at least 12 days to clear while money orders are treated as cash. No international checks, please.

If you are paying by PayPal, the total amount will be transferred at the time your order is placed, regardless of when the item is due in stock.

Sorry, cannot ship product COD.

Return Policy and Requests

All of the products that we sell are new and factory sealed. If your CD, DVD, or other merchandise is defective due to a flaw in manufacturing, we will promptly exchange the product for another of the same title.

Unopened products can be exchanged for a store credit (credit card purchases will be credited back to the card, rather than issuing store credit) with our company for the original purchase price within thirty (30) days of the date on your purchase invoice.

You will need a return request form and then call us to obtain a return authorization number. Additional return request forms (pdf file) can be downloaded and printed on your own computer. Please remember to include these with your return shipment.

Note: Products returned without necessary paperwork, without a return authorization number, or more than thirty (30) days after the invoice date, may be refused and returned to the customer.

If your merchandise is not defective, but has been damaged during shipping:

For US Postal Service (USPS): Please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-338-6827. You will be asked to fill out an online form with USPS as part of the claims process, and provide us with the claim ID.

Return Authorization Request Form

Please provide specific information if you had a problem with your order or why you wish to return your purchase.

A customer care rep will respond within 24 hours.


Shipping Info

From the time we receive your order and place it in our system, standard processing time is approximately 24 hours. The delivery time after processing varies based upon the shipping method that you have selected, as well as whether or not all of the items which were purchased were in stock at the time of your order. Some items, including preorder items or special order items, may hold your order until it is complete.

If you are a domestic customer (US) and order over $49, Standard shipping is free.

Please understand that many of the pre-order dates shift about without the manufacturer letting us know. If you’re ordering something projected into the future by a fair amount, call us.

Backordered items usually take an average of 10-14 business days. If it is an extremely popular item, or it is an imported item, it may take longer.

Canadian Customers

Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped by Federal Express (FedEx). Note a surcharge will appear on all Canadian orders. This surcharge covers all taxes, duties, customs and processing fees. Previously these fees were collected by Canada Post and were accompanied by a COD charge to collect them. By moving to pre-collection, the fees will be the same but this collection charge is no longer necessary - so you save on every order with us! Delivery time to Canada after your order completes should be 5-7 days.

Canada orders are generally held until all items in the order are in-stock in our warehouse. However, should your order be held up by one or two items for an extended period, we will, at our option and at no additional expense to you, ship all items that are currently available on that order and any other current order to minimize your wait for the products.

Please note that FedEx shipping requires a valid physical shipping address. We can not ship FedEx to PO Boxes. Please visit https://www.fedex.com/ca_english/signaturerelease/ to fill out delivery instructions in case you are unavailable to sign for the package.

International Customers

International shipments (excluding Canada) are sent via our shipping partners. If you would like us to use a specific carrier, please contact us in advance for an estimate. Canadian shipments are currently being shipped through FedEx. Sorry, if you are an international customer, we must ship to your billing address only.

International orders are sometimes held until all of the items in a particular order are in-stock in our warehouse. In situations when an international order has been held up by one or two items for several months, we will, at our option, ship the items that are currently available on that order and any other current orders to the customer without a partial shipping fee.  Items will ship in the same box, to minimize customs charges.

Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package to a foreign country. Such fees, taxes, and customs duties are not included in our shipping price, and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products. Please check to make sure you are in compliance with all local laws if you are ordering an adult product(s).

If you receive defective merchandise, please call for return instructions. Note that packages damaged in transit by UPS are not defective: to remedy that situation, for:

Shipping FAQs

How long does it take to ship an order?

From the time we receive the order and place it in our system, standard processing time to ship it is 1-2 business days. If some of the items are on back order, it can take an average of 10-14 business days for us to receive the back ordered items. Then standard Processing time goes into affect.

What are your methods of shipping?

We ship a lot of different ways. For domestic customers, our price saving Economy Shipping is regular USPS (mail). However, we also ship Priority Mail. Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our standard shipping is limited to Priority Mail. All international orders, excluding Canada, are shipped via our shipping partners. Canadian orders will be shipped through FedEx.

Expedited shipping is also available for international customers (offered at checkout). Prices and expected delivery dates will vary based on your location.

How much is shipping for bundles?

The weight of the bundle is automatically calculated and shipping computed accordingly.

Why am I being charged a Partial Shipment fee when I have already paid S&H?

You will only be assessed a partial shipment fee if you specifically request to have your order partially shipped. We’ve implemented this policy due to increasing shipment cost. However, from time to time, we provide a complimentary partial ship to our customers when we feel that items on their orders have been delayed beyond our control. You will not be charged for these partial shipments.

I'm not at home during the day. Can you ship to my office?

Certainly (in fact, we prefer to do this to ensure that you actually get your stuff), but please give us all the information that you can, including the name of the company, so that your friendly delivery person can get your package to you. We require that you include the business's name in the address. We are happy to work with you to get the product to you as quickly as possible.

I chose expedited or priority delivery and my product still took 2 weeks to arrive. What's up with that?

You must have ordered a product that we didn't have stock on at the time that we received your order. If an item is out of stock when we receive your order, we still ship it out by priority delivery the moment we receive it from the manufacturer. Although we do keep significant stock on the items in our catalog, there are times when there may be delays getting items from the manufacturer, as discussed above.

What happens if my country will not allow me to have this sort of video / My order was seized by the border ... what now?

Sorry. Please consult with the postal authorities of your country prior to placing an order for adult product. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products.

The shipping rates below are based on the weight of the item(s) plus the weight of the packaging the system calculates will be needed to ship them safely.
